My process is one that reinforces Project Management and Client Direction, which allows me to effectively LEARN what is needed and DELIVER a creative solution that is both on TIME and within BUDGET.

Phase DetailsThe Process I use consists of five different phases: Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation. Each phase is designed to receive continuous feedback from the Client to ensure the integrity of the project. This is represented by the illustration with the phases circling Feedback. It's all in the details. The more information provided, the easier it is to determine a cost estimate that is as accurate as possible. ANALYSIS
Before design ideas are started, an analysis is done to learn more about what is needed, what's available, and what similar projects have created. This helps me find ways to cut cost and make sure I begin in the right direction. DESIGN
To ensure everthing is moving towards the Client's vision, concepts and ideas are all hashed out here in the design phase. This helps me prevent a lot of changes and re-work, while keeping me on track with what the Client wants. DEVELOPMENT
Project is in high-gear. All digital media is gathered, created, and developed. Once the final product is built, tests are completed to verify quality and functionality (if applicable). IMPLEMENTATION
The final product is provided to the Client for a final review. Once all feedback has been collected and applied, the final product is then delivered to the Client or implemented (if applicable). |
